Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} has asked me to reply to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}8/E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Attached is a copy of the last memo we had from Sr; we had written to ask him if Pattinson could return home. Pattinson arrived back a week last Saturday, November 28th. I have since seen him, and he seems now to be progressing very well. He will have to return to France in two months to have the plaster removed from his arm; the last X-Ray showed that the bone is beginning to knit. We will keep you advised as to his further progress.
