New procedure for using experimental fitting and test record cards.

Commencing August 1st, all Fitting and Test section leaders will be responsible for handing to each man a card for recording work carried out. It is essential that each man shall make a daily entry of work done, i.e. order number, description of work and time expended, so that by Saturday he has a complete weekly record. The method of using these cards is to be treated with due care and consideration, and at the end of the week each individual's bonus card must be an exact copy of the work record card, in respect of both order numbers and time worked. The section leaders will be responsible for the collecting of the cards each Saturday, and the re-distribution of new cards for the ensuing week.
