Dear Leslie,

With reference to fitting a Wireless set to your car, which I am sure you will find a boon on the Continent, I find that a highly satisfactory set can be obtained from the Philco Company - Model 806T - for a retail price of £17.17.0d.

It will be necessary to have an aerial fitted in the running board of your car, but this will only be a small additional cost.

If you write to Mr. A.{Mr Adams} Knight, Manager of the Car Radio Division, Philco Radio & Television Corporation of Great Britain Ltd., Aintree Road, Perivale, Greenford, Middlesex, and tell him that Mr. West of Rolls-Royce Ltd. has been in touch with you and is particularly anxious to try this new set out on your car, which is therefore being used more or less for experimental purposes, you will probably get a rebate of quite reasonable proportions. I am sure, however, that if the whole outfit costs you £20 you will find it well worth the money.

We think that both the aerial and the Radio Set could be fitted in two to three days.

I am waiting to hear both the date and time when we are proposing to meet Bethel in London.

Yours sincerely,
