Tyre Noise.

Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}4/KW.13.11:35.

We have not finished our experiments on tyre noise. If you consider, however, that the improved tread as fitted to Phantom III is reasonable from a skidding point of view, there is no reason why you should not have similar tyres for the 20/25 to be demonstrated in London. Obviously, however, we could not standardise this tyre until we have run it in France.

We are taking the matter up with the Dunlop Co. with a view to getting a set to be run on 21-G-IV. The same mould will do for your tyres.
