G.CD.1016 Guide for Brake Rope from Inter. Lever to Front Brake Equaliser.

On the above scheme we shew an alternative method to that shewn on G.CD.882 of guiding the brake rope to the front brake equaliser.

In place of the aluminium bronze casting there is suggested two mild steel pressings, to each of which is vulcanized a half circle of rubber. The guide is to prevent the rope from coming in contact with the oil pump nuts and the front pan, and becoming frayed.
