B.80 IN WRAITH 80 CHASSIS.

WATER CONNECTIONS BETWEEN ENGINE AND RADIATOR FOR 1ST. CHASSIS ONLY.

Please receive herewith :-

E.CD.1241 Top Water Pipe - B.80 Engine in W.80 chassis (1st. chassis only).
E.CD.1253 Bottom Water Pipe - B.80 Engine in W.80 chassis (1st. chassis only).

As the water connections on the first Wraith 80 radiator and also on the first two Bentley 80 engines are not well related for coupling together, we have already sent designs for the revised connections for future engines and radiators.

The above drawings show how the connections should be made on the existing units until the modified parts are available.

It will be seen there is no provision for draining the water from the system in the temporary layout, as the conditions make it very difficult to find a practical position for a drain tap.

Will you please instruct for use on the first Wraith 80 chassis only.

The final designs for water connections are as follows :-

E.CD.1091 Bottom Connections and Drain Tap.
E.CD.1239 Top Connection.

to which all future parts should be made.
