Cox - Advertising Manager}14/KW16.3.36. we have not noticed the static current effect which you refer to in your second paragraph. We have heard of similar cases on customers cars, and we quite imagine that it can and does occur. We have tested this new Philco set out on chassis 21-G-IV with very good results and although this car of course relies on battery ignition, we have not yet noticed a great deal of noise caused by plugs. I am so sorry that I was not able to meet you in London, but have only just started back this morning and hope to make further arrangements with you when I am in town again in the near future.
