In reply to yours EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/CEP10/EC23.11.22, we are this morning in receipt of a letter from the Chloride Electrical Storage Co.Ltd., dated 25th inst. as follows:-

"We are in receipt of your letter of the 24th "inst. and in reply would inform you that the price "for a new ebonite box to replace the broken one "will be 5s.3d.net, and for the two single positive "plates 7d.each.

"We note you propose to leave the question of "responsibility for replacing the elements until our "Mr.McKinnon's next visit to your Works, and we are "advising him so that he may take the opportunity of "investigating the matter.

"In the meantime we presume there is nothing "further we can do in the matter."
