All arrangements can be made through the Touring Department for the shipment of Members' Cars to the Continent by this route. As long notice as possible should be given. Passenger Tickets for the steamer are issued to Members, and, if required, Cars can be insured for the marine transit through the Association. The A.A. Agent at Boulogne, Major R.{Sir Henry Royce} D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Stevens, will meet the steamer and see the Car through the Customs. Before the Car is shipped the petrol tank must be emptied. The A.A. and M.U. Agents at Folkestone, the Players Motor Co., will store any surplus petrol during Members' absence in France. Application should be made on the form below for a supply of petrol to be in readiness for Members on arrival at Boulogne. The Lamp illuminating the Rear Number Plate must be on the left-hand side.
