COCHRANE, ESQ., With reference to C18/C.5.8.31. we will arrange for a new matrix made up with dented tubes to be put in hand immediately, so that it will be available for fitting into the existing radiator when the above car is sent to Derby. If we were to fit the anti-splash type of filler we should have to make a new top tank, and Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} agrees that this does not warrant us giving away a new top tank.
