F.G. Craner, Esq.,
Secretary,
Derby & District Motor Club,
Coppice House,
CASTLE DONINGTON.

Dear Mr. Craner,

Many thanks for your letter of July 7th.

I am afraid I cannot help Mr. Hudlass over the scrutineering because I shall be going away on holiday. I have asked several people whether they can help you, but July 24th is, unfortunately, part of the Works' holiday, and I have been unable to find anyone to help in Derby.

Sorry to let you down,

Yours sincerely,
