GOSHAWKS. X4086 With reference to your Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}4/KW22.3.22. CJ. saw me at the Works yesterday afternoon and confirmed what you have reported in the above memo. As regards the fourth car 7-Goshawk-11. which is now allotted for the Amateur Test Car. Is this car to be fitted with the Saloon Body as originally intended or to be fitted with the body made for the Amateur Car. I am assuming that it will be the latter but am writing BJ. to confirm this. As regards Appleby, he is now in London preparing pass-ports so as to be ready to go any time, but in view of your memo. we do not propose to send him now until we send the third driver with 6-Goshawk-11. unless we hear from you, in the meantime, to the contrary.
