1. General position regarding J.III, Peregrine, Bentley Sports, from the point of view of design, Drawing Office, Experimental etc.

2. Re future of large car and R1/MSZ.9.31.

3. Synchro mesh gearbox, position both for 20/25 and P.II, i.e. experimentally and production.

4. Continental Phantom, improved performance, general position, design, 10,000 mile test and production.

5. New models and subframes - assume not being provided for.

6. America and P.II chassis, Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}4/T2.1.32 and Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}8/T4.1.32.
