Dear Mr. Ward,

Many thanks for your note of the 19th instant on 3.B.IV. body.

I note that you estimate that the general structure of the body when the extras have been eliminated is 20 lbs lighter than standard.

We should be interested to know to what you attribute this reduction in weight; actually from our figures we do not get this reduction.
