Dear Sir,

The writer very much regrets not having been able to keep the appointment with you last week, this being due to a Production meeting which it was impossible to leave. We trust, however, that you were able to come to some definite arrangement with our Mr. Newton one of our technical engineers.

We have Mr. Newton's report, from which we understand there are one or two points on which you wish us to co-operate, and we would like to advise you right now that we are only too pleased to do all in our power to help you in connection with the installation of Car Radio Receivers to your various makes of cars.

In order that there may be no confusion we would appreciate it if you would write us fully in the matter, which letter we can take into consideration together with Mr. Newton's report.

As soon as we have had an opportunity of going into this matter we shall then be very glad for Mr. Newton to attend at your Works in Derby to carry out further experimental work, with the object of simplifying the trouble now experienced on the sparking plug resistors, voltage regulator etc.

Yours faithfully,
PHILCO RADIO & TELEVISION CORPORATION OF
