re. SPRINGING.

Referring to your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AJL2/AD.12.11.30., it is certainly very encouraging to know you have made such excellent progress. We are, however, anxious to appreciate these results and to consider their application if possible as permanent cures for our complaints.

We should, therefore, be glad, if in making these tests, Hc. and myself could make the tests with you (whenever possible without stopping progress) so that we could appreciate or otherwise the faults and cures and how affected. I suggest that it would be more progressive in enabling us to make agreed recommendations for action.

In the case of Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car, 58-GN, I should certainly have been glad to have tried the car before and after the various alterations.

We do not wish to augment, but help, in these investigations.
