Coverley - Production Engineer} Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}10/HP.14.6.34. SpectreCodename for Phantom III - Front Suspension. Herewith is M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Sch.4092 lubricating coil for the steering pivots, cross steering tube ball end, brake gear, etc. on the front suspension. The scheme shewn is an alternative to a coil of relatively large diameter mounted outside the triangle bearing, either in front or rear, but the diameter and depth of the pot required would interfere with either the bonnet or the wing, so we have chosen the small diameter internal coil as being preferable for convenience.
