X.3066 To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from BJ. BJ7/H30.11.23. STANDARDISATION SHEETS. With reference to my memo. BJ2/H24.11.23, what we require is a slip on the blank standardisation sheet that is sent to the Administration for their signature, the slip to state the date and time the sheet left your office. On receipt of this sheet in London it will receive a date and time stamp, showing at what time it was received here. On being returned to you it will show the date and time the sheet left London again, and we shall then have a record of where any of these sheets is delayed. This will do away with the necessity of your forwarding a memo. with the final standardisation sheet as you have done with Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/LG27.11.23 (re X.3324.) B.J. | ||
