FAILURES OF ELECTRICAL UNITS ON CUSTOMERS CARS.
With regard to failures or phenomena on the electrical systems of cars in customers hands which are of a special nature, such that the cause of which is not immediately apparent, we have, on one or two previous occasions, asked for these to be sent to us for our inspection as the Electrical Experimental Dept. in condition as received from the cars, and I should be pleased if you would arrange for this course to be followed in future.
