re Bensports.

Referring to item 17 of memo K.11/HP.15.2.33, we send you herewith LeC. 3383 showing modifications to the position of the brake equalizing shafts and crossmember carrying same.

You will recollect it was agreed to transfer these to a position below the transmission to avoid cutting away the wells for the accommodation of the feet of the rear passengers.

We have also allowed adequate room for withdrawing the gearbox and clutch unit without disturbing the crossmember and equalizing shafts.

For the purpose of withdrawing the gearbox it is necessary to uncouple the propeller shaft at both ends and withdraw the shaft rearwards below the back axle.
