Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Copy to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} X-554 Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}14/T19.4.32. 25 HP Material. With reference to your note Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/MJ22.3.32, you will remember it was agreed to hold up instructions for the exhaust system because of the cost, in addition to the other items mentioned in your note. These are now becoming rather urgent, because the Works are now instructed to make 8/9 20/25 H.P. Chassis per week, Sales having increased. This note is to ask you to consider the position in two ways - firstly, when can we have these new parts standardised, and secondly, if there is some delay, to instruct us in such a way that we shall be able to carry on.
