Capt. S.B. Wilks,
The Rover Company Ltd.,
COVENTRY.

Dear Wilks,

I am very sorry to hear that your ankle is still preventing you from playing squash.

We should be very reluctant to play our return match if you were not an active member of the team, and I suggest you might be fit on the week-end of April 4th. Do you think we could arrange a match on the Saturday or Sunday ? If your ankle is still out of action, your suggestion of coming as a referee is a good one, because I am afraid that after Easter most of the people round here play tennis.

If this date does not suit, perhaps you will suggest an alternative.

If you do decide to play on the Saturday, perhaps you and your brother would come over to the Works in the morning and talk motor cars, and perhaps let us try your new car ?

We are going along quite well with chromium plating.

Yours sincerely,
