x4075 TO BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} FROM E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} E1/M25.10.23. c. to GJ. c. to HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to WPC. GOSHAWK 11. WIRING FOR STANDBY IGNITION. x4075 We send you herewith drawing No. LcC. 1787, shewing the modified scheme for carrying the H.T. wire along the side of the crankcase to the battery ignition tower. We have used the lower position for the main tube and by the use of two bakelite mouldings and a short piece of inclined tubing, we have raised the issuing point of the wire to a safe position so that the wire should not touch the Hardy fabric coupling driving the water pump. The two bakelite mouldings in questions should be made with the same dies, but using different plungers for forming the core. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} | ||
