Re 20 HP and 40/50 HP Low Tension Terminal Connections. In view of the trouble we have had with breakage of low tension terminal connections, Mr. Wyer brings forward the following suggestions, which I shall be glad if you will give your serious consideration:- "I would like to suggest an improvement in the fixing of the small terminal eyes on the low tension wires of our battery ignition. It only requires 1/8" more wire for each terminal, but I think it will give us more than double the strength at a point where it is now very weak, the change of section is so very marked. Perhaps the sketch below will make it clear." WIRE BROUGHT RIGHT ROUND & BOUND UNDER STRING FOR ABOUT 5/8" STRING TO COMPLETELY COVER WIRE. ONLY THIS PORTION SOLDERED NOT THE WHOLE TERMINAL Samples enclosed. (Green one suggested method). Blue one standard. I attach to BY's copy the samples referred to by Mr. Wyer. EP.{G.
