We forward the results of tests on the RR.F. XI. supercharged engine, the carrying out of which were witnessed by Mr. Radcliffe. Corrections have been applied for temperature and back-pressure. The writer is still of the opinion that the temperature correction should be taken into account. Time would not permit of further test with the changed exhaust conditions. The engine has now passed the Acceptance Test and will shortly be delivered. Yours faithfully, | ||
