Referring to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid{A. J. Lidsey}6/KT.4531 kindly note that Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} has agreed to the Schrader gauge being dropped in favour of the Kismet tyre tester. I shall be pleased, therefore, if you will kindly arrange to issue the standardisation sheet immediately, and to arrange for the new gauge to be introduced as soon as the present stock of Schrader ones is exhausted. Kindly advise me as early as possible on which chassis you anticipate being able to introduce the new gauge, the changeover of course referring to both Phantom II and 20/25 h.p. chassis. I would also like to know the actual designation of the new tester. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} | ||
