ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} c. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey} c. BY/HED. 84552 BY/9/G.5.5.31. RECEIVED 1931 MAY 5 PRESSURE GAUGES FOR TYRES. In view of the recommendations of the Experimental Department and from an examination of the dismantled parts, we should not in future order the Schrader gauge for our tool but replace same by the 'Kismet' which is produced by Messrs. William Turner & Bros. Ltd., Sheffield, makers of the Kismet tyre pump. The Kismet pressure gauge is as the Experimental Department point out very much better made and a better looking article altogether, and in spite of these facts it is cheaper and is British Made.
