G.W. Hancock Esq., Hotel de France, Chateauroux, Indre, France. X 1740 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/KW.17.12.34. Christmas Holidays. Will you please arrange for all the men to come back for Christmas. The Works are closing mid-day on Saturday. Unless there is any particular reason to the contrary we should like them to have the full Works holiday. We suggest that 21-G.IV might be driven to the coast and left in a garage at Boulogne in case it should be decided that anybody from the Works or London ought to try it before it continues its running.
