C.T. Skinner Esq.,
The S.U. Company Ltd.,
East Works,
Adderley Park,
Birmingham 8.

Dear Skinner,

I attach a copy of a note which I have received from Hancock, one of my assistants who is investigating customers' complaints at our various depots.

There does not seem to be any justification for items 1, 2 & 4. I should feel happier if you could assure me that pumps for Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars were having more rigid inspection now than heretofore.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
