Dear Sirs,

For the attention H.W.Pitt Esq.

In reference to our conversation yesterday.
We are sending under separate cover - 12 Banjos and fittings,
to enable you to make tests on the complete plugs.

If you find that those we left with you to
test are, as we say, unreliable, we feel that you should,
by reaming a plunger hole in position, or otherwise,
guarantee us a reliable job on the complete plug.

Once you have achieved consistent results,
we are agreeable to a limit of 10% on the quantity the
drip plugs will give and to a 10% inspection of the
plugs.

We have again talked the matter over with
our Mr. Bailey and he is going to communicate with you
further on this subject.

Yours faithfully,
