For the attention of Mr. Rowbotham.
Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd.,
Derby.
Dear Sirs,
We have forwarded under separate cover a sample body casting which we have been using to date on the gauges which we have made up for yourselves, and also been testing on our cars here, with the new type packing gland joint at the top of the glass.
It should be noted that this casting is not up to size, and therefore should only be taken as a sample and not a working body.
Yours faithfully.
H.M. HOBSON, LTD.,
B.P. Searight.
Joint Managing Director.
