To RG.{Mr Rowledge} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to BJ. EAC. 8. RADIATOR AND BONNET REVISED. X. 7250 X. 7260 We send herewith a print of N.Sch.3ch. 2353 shewing the bonnet to be used in conjunction with the revised radiator. We have looked into the question in connection with R's memo. on the subject and we believe we have maintained the idea that he had in mind, though it has not been necessary to alter any of the radii of the top of the bonnet. Since the bonnet is an important part of the appearance we suggest that it will be necessary to make a bonnet to go with the radiator you are now about to rig up. Though no doubt some information can be gained from the wooden models, we think by far the best plan would be to make an actual radiator and bonnet, and since everybody are so very nearly in agreement already, you may think it will be possible to do so very soon.
