Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/ML.28.11.40. 18 HORSEPOWER 6 CYLINDER. Confirming our conversation with regard to this engine, we agree to the journal bearings being put up to 2โ ". We agree to the big end bearings being made as large as possible up to 1โ " provided that it is still possible to get the piston out. We agree to the stroke being made the same as the Myth. The camshaft and crankshaft centres will remain the same as on the restof the Junior Range. We confirm that we should like the cylinder heads of the 75 mm. and 3¼" bore engines scheming out so that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. can complete the details of these power plants.
