X.4383- SET/Mr Brock. c. EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} c. Mr Davis. BY9-P19.2.34. 20HP DYNAMOS. RE BALL BEARINGS. I have arranged to have the same type of fit on all ball bearings supplied for dynamo work that I arranged for the gearbox, and incidentally I learnt since making this decision that Messrs. Lucas always call for a similar allowance on all bearings intended for their dynamos. Apparently it does not cure troubles, but it is certainly a move in the right direction. We are arranging to have our stock of ball bearings replaced by bearings with the special running clearance. Will Mr Dabis kindly see that this is carried out. BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
