It was in reply to a letter from me to him with regard to a tire which he supplied to Mr. Whately. I am not quite sure what department of the Firm would be interested in Mr. Cooper's remarks. Can you guide me, please. I imagine that now that this tire is made in the British Isles, we may be prepared to fit it, especially if we are going to obtain anything like the [crossed out text] 50,000 odd miles mentioned in the two attached letters.
