BRITISH FILTERS Ltd.,
Aircraft House,
MARKET HARBOROUGH.

Attention Mr. T.C. Worth.

Dear Sirs,

I thank you for your letter of 26th February, together with drawing FB.246, issue 2.

We have at present in our experimental shop a B.II car and would like to fit to it a set of the parts required for this scheme, to ensure that everything is satisfactory before manufacturing them in quantity. To enable us to do this, we should like the following pieces:-

O - Tee piece. 1 off.
N - Union complete. 1 "
W - Pipe clip. 1 "
K - Pipe inlet (but 3/16 dia. not ¼").
L - Banjo fitting complete (3/16 dia. not ¼").
M - Fibre washer. 2 "
J - General oil filter.
B - Cradle.
C - Support bracket - front - EB.4491.
D - " " - rear - EB.4492.
E - Special studs.
H - Set screws.
T - Banjo fitting complete.
V - Fibre washer for banjo.
R - Union complete.
Q - 5/16 dia. pipe.
S - Tee piece.

You will note that we ask for feed pipes to be 3/16" and not ¼" as indicated in your layout. We found that this was necessary in order to preserve the main oil pressure.

We should be glad to have a set of these parts as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,
