To Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. R. {Sir Henry Royce} Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} c. PN. {Mr Northey} EP. {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} ALPINE TRIALS Attached herewith is a copy of report from Hancock after his trip round part of the course for the Alpine trials. It is evident that the P.II car is quite an unsuitable car for this trial. We should also be taking considerable risk in sending a present standard 25 HP. In our opinion the most suitable car for this trial is something like the BensportCodename for 3 1/2-litre Bentley. The information which Hancock has gained should be helpful if it is considered policy to enter any cars next year. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
