Dear Sirs,

With further reference to your letter of the 1st January, and our reply of the 4th, our Mr. Preston is returning to our Works on Monday next the 11th, and it will be convenient for him to call and see you on Wednesday the 13th, so that the question of your Stationary type battery can be fully discussed, as previously suggested.

We are sorry not to be able to give you longer notice, but we trust that if Wednesday the 13th is not suitable that you will send us a telegram on Monday the 11th, without fail, so that we can advise Mr. Preston of any alterations in the proposed arrangements.
