Hall in order to discuss the question of his using India tyres when road racing, and I have been instructed to endeavour to see him and to discuss the situation with him. Unfortunately, I have never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hall; and I do not know where he is to be found. I wonder if, by any chance, you would be so kind as to let me know his address; and, of course, if it were possible for you to give me a note of introduction to him, I should be most grateful, but I quite appreciate that you may not care to do so?
