RE: PHANTOM II CHASSIS 135.GN - L.GOLDBERG ESQ.,

We have received from the above customer 1-D.72275 starter motor No.HB.{C. E. Harcombe}65 with a complaint that same is not functioning correctly.

This motor has been handed to Mr.Brock for attention, and we shall be glad if you will kindly have same examined and let us have your remarks advising us at the same time to which account the cost of repairs should be charged.

The above chassis guarantee was effective on the 3.6.30.
