Design change to incorporate Hall's metal bushes and fit new bottom tappets to the Ph.III.No.14 Unit.

These are to be fitted to the above unit before it leaves for 15,000 miles. At the same time we also want to fit the new bottom tappets in accordance with LeC.5667 at present being detailed.
