FOUR WHEEL BRAKES.
--------------

It occurrs to me that I automatically signed the Four Wheel Brake Standardization Sheet when it was originally issued.

In signing it I did not change my opinion in the slightest. I consider that the mere fact that I have agreed would mislead many people to think that I had changed my opinion.

Will you therefore kindly alter the agreement to the following:-

"Disagree. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Consider Brakes on steering wheels wrong in principle."

BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}

Returned herewith
for your written
remarks
