We find we have not formerly replied to your letter of the 8th March in regard to the trouble you are experiencing with the breaking of dipper unit brackets on your Bentley cars. Following our telephone conversation however, you now have in your possession our suggestions for strengthening up this component, and if you agree that these will meet the case, we can arrange for all future supplies to be so modified with very little trouble. Regarding the 20/25 h.p. chassis lamps, we note that you will be requiring glasses with plain centres for these also, and in this connection we should like to suggest that you might consider using our Sports Glass in these lamps, which you will remember, gives almost entirely the same light distribution as the P.100 glass with the plain centre. Our reason for putting forward this suggestion is that we have not a mould for a smaller P.100 glass with the plain centre and we feel that it would be more economical for you to use the Sports Glass if you can see your way to do so.
