(8) No.5 Test House.

We are very pleased with the facilities provided in the Experimental Test House which has just been completed for enabling the Testers to write out their reports in comfort, and should like similar facilities in No.5 Test House.

We do not wish to be considered unreasonable in asking for the facilities enumerated above, and in every case we have taken into consideration the present congested state of the factory. We do believe, however, that if a comprehensive analysis was made of the whole situation, a sound arrangement could be made with the space available without any very heavy financial outlay.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}

We have not included the permanent facilities for suspension experiments enumerated in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}9/KW.26.3.36.
