Dear Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer},

I have recently acquired a 1940 Aprilia, which is at present in the Lancia Service Station at Wembley.

If you would like to drive it up to Derby on your next return trip from London after Whitsun, you are welcome to as I hope to be fetching it some time next week.

This is one of the latest Aprilias in the country, with the Italian Telecontrol and aero-balloon wheels. Knowing your reactions to the "Clan" Aprilia, I should particularly like you to try this one which is very different and in much better condition. It is only slightly less comfortable than the B.5 and would probably out-corner it.

Car promised ready for Wednesday 27th.

Yours sincerely,
T.N. Hirza.
