| - 2 - 4. We want to have the unit operational in U.S.A. by, at the latest, the end of June. We shall have to give some thought separately to the timing of any additional instruction on "F" Series cars, but this can easily be fed into the Instruction School at the appropriate time. It should, however, be ready as early as possible. 5. Confirming the conversation with Hpd, as we have already estimated the capital cost of the unit, any costs incurred by the foregoing can be debited against a special Order Number which presumably Hpd will issue.
