Dear Sirs, X4017P We thank you for your letter of the 18th inst. with regard to our complaint of vents on a customer's battery. In accordance with your request we are taking steps to return this battery to you. It will be returned in a dry condition partially discharged, with the acid electrolyte replaced with distilled water.
