Dear Sirs,

re:- Experimental Saloon - Bentley S.B.4.

As a result of our road tests on cars, we are able to enumerate various causes for excessive wind noises and we would like to verify our observations by incorporating the suggested remedies in the body which you are building for us for Bentley Chassis S.B.4. The sunshine roof is the chief cause of the noise and we would like it to be modified in the following manner:-

(1) The leading edge to be masked by a plate as indicated in the sketch:-

(2) The side and rear joints to be fine and flush.
