Dear Mr. Ward -

FUTURE COACHWORK.

I confirm having handed to you yesterday a copy of the notes I made during Tuesday's Meeting at our Works. I have sent a copy to Mr. Sidgreaves and to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}

Although it is not mentioned in the notes you will remember that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} specially asked that from the point of view of urgency the items Nos. 1, 2 and 3 should be dealt with in that order.

In other words, the drawings for the Bentley-V Saloon should be looked upon as the most urgent, those of the Silver Phantom and Cresta as the next in the order of importance and those for the Bentley-V Coupe as the least urgent of the three.

Yours sincerely,

C. W. Ward Esq.,
Messrs. Park Ward & Co., Ltd,

Willesden, N.W.10.
