6-B-IV car for France.

The engine unit for 6-B-IV should have the latest 25/30 type cylinder block with the water holes for the front 3 cylinders deleted. It should also have the drawing office's version of Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 80 scheme (for rubber mounted thermometer) fitted.
